The Content Contribution, Moderation and Approval (CMAP) Policy of ICAR–National Research Centre for Makhana (ICAR-NRCM) defines the process for contribution, review, moderation, approval and publication of content on the official website.

Content for the website shall be provided by the concerned officers, sections or departments of ICAR-NRCM who are responsible for the subject matter and ownership of the information. The respective content contributors shall ensure that the information submitted for publication is authentic, accurate, relevant, complete and up to date.

Before publication, the submitted content shall be reviewed and moderated by the designated responsible officer or authorized personnel to verify its accuracy, appropriateness, consistency and compliance with applicable institutional and government guidelines.

Content shall be published on the ICAR-NRCM website only after obtaining the required approval from the competent authority or designated approving officer, wherever applicable. The website management or authorized technical team shall publish the approved content without making unauthorized changes to its meaning or intent.

The concerned sections or departments shall also remain responsible for informing the website management team whenever published information requires correction, revision, replacement, archival or removal.

If a user identifies any information on the ICAR-NRCM website that appears to be inaccurate, outdated, misleading or incomplete, the matter may be reported to the Web Information Manager (WIM) through the Contact Us or Feedback facility available on the website. The reported content shall be reviewed by the concerned section and appropriate corrective action shall be taken, wherever required.
